Your order is sent to your home or post office, normally within one week after your purchase.

Returns?

Returned items need to be unused, unaltered and in the same condition as at the time of delivery and within the same packaging (including labels). Escaper do not reimburse product return shipping costs. We accept returns up to 60 days after purchase.
Please do the following in order to make a return:
1.) Mark your return with full name and order number. Send it to the return address:

2.) We will contact you by email as soon as we receive your returned product.
Please email us and describe the product issue or deficiency, and preferably attach a picture that shows the problem. Do not send back the product to us before you have contacted us.
Our customer service team will answer your email quickly and solve your trouble in the best way possible in order to make you happy and satisfied.
Please check your spam folder, sometimes the order confirmation email ends up there by mistake.
The Klarna invoice is normally sent 1-4 days before your order is delivered and sometimes up to one week after delivery.
